At Mason Hill, we work as investment property scouts for our clients. Our team of Analysts identify the best locations in the nation for appreciation, rental income, and property availability. Our Property Specialists then hand select properties in those locations with the following criteria:

• Are purchased in bulk so that we can offer you a price of 50% to 75% below replacement value.
• Are located in a strong rental market.
• Are located in a market that is steadily appreciating (and undervalued).
• Have tenants and property managers in place.
• Are less than ten years old.
• Have new finishes and appliances (either original or that we have refinished or replaced).

Because we have such stringent guidelines, we do not have many properties available at one time. Once a property becomes available, it typically goes directly to an investor who is on our waiting list. This is why most of the properties listed here are either sold or are pending a sale.
