Mason Hill invites you to consider becoming a Strategic Partner. Strategic Partners introduce prospective real estate investors to the Mason Hill model. For each acquisition of a property from Mason Hill a referral fee is paid.

Strategic Partners do not discuss specific properties with people that may be interested in the model (unless they are licensed realtors), but explain the advantages of acquiring properties from Mason Hill’s available portfolio of pre-screened income producing properties.

The referral fees are generous (typically $1,000 to $1,500) and are paid for every transaction that occurs. These fees are based on completed transactions resulting from referrals of interested individuals that acquire property from Mason Hill. (Mason Hill is not a real estate brokerage firm and only offers properties for sale from its own portfolio – in other words, properties that it has either purchased or contracted to purchase.)

Mason Hill provides all of the marketing and promotional tools you'll need to fully promote our investment properties.

As the number of properties available through Mason Hill is limited, based on our exacting criteria before we acquire a property, we are only able to work with a select number of Strategic Partners.
