Laura Roser
Chief Executive Officer/Founder

Laura started her first business when she was in the 7th grade.  She has had a passion for entrepreneurship ever since. With a degree in Marketing and over ten years of experience assisting other businesses with marketing strategy, promotion and operations, Roser has the unique ability to bring to life ‘the big picture’ at Mason Hill.

Michael Keith
Chief Operating/Chief Financial Officer

Michael has been in the financial discipline since 1981, functioning as Staff Accountant, Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller, General Manager and CFO for companies located in New York, Connecticut, California and Utah.  He manages the operational, administrative and financial activities of Mason Hill, including supervision of the property acquisition and property management teams.

Bruce Bowen
National Sales Manager

Bruce began his professional sales career in 1976 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.  Successful from the start, he quickly became the office manager and then Director of Career Development for a major real estate franchise. He has both his General Contractor’s License and Securities license and has been involved in every aspect of national product development, implementation and delivery.

Brian Wilson
Director of Property Acquisition

With more than 13 years of experience in the Lee County Florida real estate market, and in a variety of roles from landlord to real estate agent and mortgage broker, Brian has the adept ability to identify, purchase and recondition properties that are appreciating in value.  By focusing on local trends, rather than national ones, he uncovers sound investments with little market risk.

Dylan Curtis
Transaction Coordinator

Dylan is responsible for the smooth transition to acquisition for each client, acting as a liaison between buyers and mortgage brokers.  With four years of experience in real estate- specific telephone client communications and two years as a property buyer, he is able to communicate the best investment to clients in a professional and timely manner.

Michael Henry
Director of Property Management for Southwest Florida

Michael comes to the Mason Hill team with a résumé boasting 20 years in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, ten years in Executive Rental Property Management and an extensive background in construction, building trades and property maintenance.  He manages all aspects of the properties including filling maintenance requests, placing tenants, executing leases and collecting deposits and rents from tenants.

Steve Saunders
Relationship Manager

Steve heads the Mason Hill Strategic Partner Program and comes to the Mason Hill team from the entertainment industry where, for the past decade, he has hosted a variety of television programs on MTV, ESPN, CBS and Disney Channel, as well as produced reality television, film and music concerts. His gift for working well with others and developing relationships has made him a natural in his role.

Josh Perkins

Josh has five years of experience in graphic design and brings a unique edge to the Mason Hill team.  His creative ingenuity and knowledge of design principles and web applications enables him, and the Mason Hill team, to manage all virtual processes artfully and effortlessly.
